Abbas El Bahrawy - Chairman of the board

A renowned lawyer with regional experience across ME countries, Abbas’s jurisdiction experiences contain the representation of international firms and consulates of the UK, Italy and the German consulate in Egypt and UAE; with more than 25 years of experience in Middle Eastern and international law.

As Chairman, Abbas spearheads the group’s efforts towards brighter futures and steady growth by bringing tons of credibility to the EL-Bahrawy group, making sure that all group businesses are following high standards of ethics and legalisation ensuring stakeholders and investors are secure and protected.

Mohammed El Bahrawy - founder & president of the group

A second to none entrepreneur with a huge capacity to explore new business opportunities across ME and Africa, with the crown jewel of the group’s projects (Kempinski floating palace) Mohammed placed himself as one of the top entrepreneurs in the region, inspired by Dubai spirit of no impossibility.

Mohammed raises the bar every day to bring more unique opportunities to the group while maximising stakeholder’s and investor revenues.

Khamis Soliman - Group CEO

Khamis ‘Kash’ Soliman is a renowned senior executive with extensive experience in the markets of Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Kash holds a master’s degree from the Liverpool Business School and has worked for a number of mammoth companies – including P&G, The Hershey Company, ATS, and EFG CEO.

Kash is a highly strategic leader with expertise in developing new ventures, breaking into new markets, and implementing turnaround strategies for more established organisations. Kash has always been a leader who pushes the boundaries and energies of those around him thanks to his love of athletics.

While serving as a board member for various businesses in the middle east, he has been in charge of the entrepreneurship programme at Essex University in the UK. As group CEO, he is currently merging all of his experience with El Bahrawy’s ambitious model to help guide the company into the future of multinational enterprises.

Hatem El Bahrawy - VP And Group CFO

A well-rounded banker with wide experience in investment banking and wealth management, Hatem built a cumulative experience with world notorious banks CBI (international commercial bank) and DIB (Dubai Islamic bank).

Hatem’s financial Skiles and ability to deal with sophisticated economic challenges allow the group to thrive in a very tough environment; while maintaining the highest standards of financial control and the maximum ROI for all stakeholders and investors.

Mohamed Nabil - GCM CEO

Bringing 12 years of experience in heavy industry, particularly in the cement field, El Tantawi works closely with 10 factories across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Utilizing his background in chemical engineering, El Tantawi, manages GCM Group’s offices in Egypt, Poland, and Kenya.
