Khamis Soliman - Group CEO
Khamis ‘Kash’ Soliman is a renowned senior
executive with extensive experience in the markets of
Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Kash holds a master’s degree from the Liverpool Business School and has worked for a number of mammoth companies – including P&G, The Hershey Company, ATS, and EFG CEO.
Kash is a highly strategic leader with expertise in developing new ventures, breaking into new markets, and implementing turnaround strategies for more established organisations. Kash has always been a leader who pushes the boundaries and energies of those around him thanks to his love of athletics.
While serving as a board member for various businesses in the middle east, he has been in charge of the entrepreneurship programme at Essex University in the UK. As group CEO, he is currently merging all of his experience with El Bahrawy’s ambitious model to help guide the company into the future of multinational enterprises.

Bringing 12 years of experience in heavy industry, particularly in the cement field, El Tantawi works closely with 10 factories across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Utilizing his background in chemical engineering, El Tantawi, manages GCM Group’s offices in Egypt, Poland, and Kenya.
