ضمن مشروع منتجع قصر كيمبنسكي العائم الذي أطلقته المجموعة منذ عامين والمكون من فندق عائم محاط بعدد 48 فيلا عائمة ومتحركة،أعلنت مجموعة البحراوي الرائدة في مجال الإنشاءات البحرية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والشرق الأوسط عن إطلاق أول فيلا عائمة ومتحركة "نيبتون" ،والتي تقدر قيمة المشروع السوقية عند الانتهاء من تنفيذه نحو 1.6 مليار درهم اماراتي، والتى تعتبر ثاني الفلل العائمة لمجموعة البحراوي في المنطقة، حيث استقبلت شواطئ مدينة دبي الساحرة الفيلا نيبتون خلال حدث كبير جمع نخبة من رجال الأعمال وأهل الصحافة والإعلام بخيمة أساطيرالنخلة- دبي.
